Marko Kruc is Attorney at Law and Partner in Ivković & Kruc Law Firm with experience in contractual, corporate and commercial law matters, as well as in regulatory compliance, banking, insurance, real-estate and various industry sectors.
Marko advises Croatian and international clients, leading corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies and clients from various industries in transactions and arbitration proceedings, as well as in corporate, M&A, real-estate and infrastructure projects in the Republic of Croatia.
Marko graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, passed the Bar Exam and is member of Croatian Bar Association.
With many years of work experience in foreign and domestic law firms, he is fluent in English and French.
