Ivan Ivković is an Attorney at law with broad history of working in the law practice industry. He is Partner at Ivković & Kruc Law Firm.
Ivan advises domestic and international clients on corporate and M&A transactions. He worked on some of the largest infrastructure and capital markets projects in Croatia. With a background of working in the banking sector, Ivan is experienced in financing projects, as well as in bankruptcy and restructuring. He also represents clients in insurance, litigation & arbitration, real estate & construction, employment law, regulatory & compliance, transport, data privacy and various other industry sectors. He supports clients and advises them on all legal aspects of their business operations.
Ivan graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, and passed the Bar Exam. He is a member of the Croatian Bar Association. Ivan publishes scientific articles in renowned legal journals. He has an experience of working in the law firm in the United States of America. He is fluent in English language and uses German language.
